Here's a simple recipe that yields a delicious chocolate ganache glaze perfect for freshly fried brioche doughnuts!
Ingredients
150 g
Chocolate (65%) 150 g
Heavy Cream 28 g
Sugar 1 ds
Vanilla ExtractInstructions
Place a metal mixing bowl over a pot of boiling water as shown in this recipe's video demonstration. Add all ingredients and stir until the chocolate is melted and combined.
While the chocolate ganache mixture is still warm, dip one side of a freshly fried brioche doughnut into the ganache. Remove doughnut from ganache, place on wire rack, and allow to set at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before serving.
