Description
Let's be honest; making a cinnamon-sugar mixture isn't exactly rocket science and hardly needs a recipe. However, the biggest mistake I see people make when mixing together a cinnamon sugar topping is not adding salt. Even though this is a sweet application, the salt is crucial for proper seasoning and makes the rest of the flavors "pop." Below is the standardized recipe used at Stella anytime we need to coat something in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Ingredients
420 g
Sugar 7 g
Cinnamon (ground) 4 g
SaltInstructions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
