Description
Simple Raspberry Coulis recipe that can be used as a universal dessert sauce.
Ingredients
160 g
Raspberries 150 g
Sugar 100 g
White Wine 50 g
Water 30 g
Rice Wine Vinegar 1 pn
Salt 60 g
Butter (Cubed) 3
Mint (Leaves)Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for butter in an appropriate sized sauce pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Add in butter, one cube at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer, place in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
