Description
A refreshing vinaigrette inspired by Japanese flavors, this cilantro vinaigrette goes great with any number of lettuce greens or vegetables.
Ingredients
33 g
Cilantro 150 g
Mirin (Available At Asian Supermarkets) 200 g
Rice Wine Vinegar 4 g
Salt (Kosher) 26 g
Shallot(s) (About 1 Medium Shallot) 420 g
Canola OilInstructions
- Blend all ingredients except for canola oil in blender.
- Slowly stream in canola oil until completely incorporated.
- Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator and shake or whisk back together before serving. Will keep in fridge for up to 7 days.
Notes
This recipe yields roughly 800 Grams of finished dressing, which comes out to a little more then 28 ounces. Most single serving salads are dressed with 1-2 ounces of dressing.
