Description
Great for french toast, pastries or as a dessert garnish.
Ingredients
150 g
Blueberries (One Clamshell) 150 g
Water 150 g
Sugar 55 g
Rice Wine Vinegar 5 g
Mint (Fresh) 1 g
SaltInstructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce flame to a slow simmer and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Blend smooth on highest blender speed.
- Pass through a fine mesh strainer, store in a squeeze bottle under refrigeration until ready to use.
