If you've ever wanted to make your own maple glazed doughnuts, you've found the right place. This glaze utilizes both maple extract and maple syrup for greater depth of flavor. Paired with our brioche doughnut recipe, this maple glaze will produce one of the best doughnuts you've ever tasted.
Ingredients
150 g
Powder Sugar 33 g
Maple Extract 55 g
Maple Syrup 5 g
Apple Cider Vinegar 5 g
WaterInstructions
To make the glaze, simply combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly. This glaze dose have a tendency to solidify if you let it sit for more than an hour, at which point you'll need to re-whisk before using.
Dip freshly fried doughnuts in maple glaze and allow to set before serving.
